Support made simple - introducing the GBS Support Portal and Billing Portal.

Getting support for your questions shouldn’t be difficult. The first step is usually finding the correct resource to go to. Through Access GBS, you’ll easily find entry into our GBS Support Portal*, housing an array of topics that include employees, taxes, payroll, user support – and much more. It also allows users to open a service ticket should the need arise. The updated, easy to follow structure and search feature helps alleviate the frustration of knowing how to get the support you need.

The GBS Billing Portal* will also be available through Access GBS. It is a self-service portal providing transparency on billing details. Through an easy-to-use dashboard view, users are able to see details such as consumption item detail reporting. Overall, the tool will allow for a more efficient process in viewing billing details instead of having to request them.

*The Support Portal and Billing Portal are currently available to pilot customers and is rolling out to additional customers over the next few months.

Other features you can expect:

If English isn’t your preferred language, you can utilize our translation tool, currently offering translations in French Canadian and Spanish (more languages coming). There is also a feedback feature so you can keep us apprised of your ideas or needs. We are excited to share with you this space dedicated to all things GBS in North America as you continue to grow with us.
