GBS Hosts Shared Services Study Group

Uniting Expertise and Innovation in Shared Services

As the landscape of shared services evolves, our organization remains at the forefront, continually preparing for the future. In this spirit, Siemens hosted a Shared Services Study Group meeting in collaboration with the Institute of Engineering, Management, Training, and Market Research (IEG). The event aimed to unite companies with existing or developing Shared Services Centers (SSC) to share best practices, exchange valuable experiences, and co-create solutions with customers in an innovative and collaborative environment.

Interactivity and Added Value

The event was marked by presentations, exchanges of experiences, success stories and an exclusive tour of the Siemens locality in Brazil, in São Paulo. Those who attended were a part of meaningful conversations and benefitted from:

Networking with CSC Leaders: A unique opportunity to connect with the main leaders in the area, establishing valuable contact networks

Strategic Benchmarking: Exchange of insights and comparisons with cutting-edge companies, providing learning and continuous improvement

Discussions on Innovation: Debates on the most innovative and effective strategies for SSCs

Trend Monitoring: Monitoring the latest trends and changes in the market, staying up-to-date and competitive

Digital Experience Center: Immersion and Innovation

One of the highlights of the meeting was the immersion in the Siemens Brasil Digital Experience Center. In this space, our team promoted an interactive experience, presenting use cases carried out by GBS Brasil. We demonstrated how we deal with internal challenges and how we co-create innovative solutions for our clients, highlighting our expertise and ability to adapt.

Strengthening Connections and Promoting Excellence

Integrating companies into our “world” and showing how we established our GBS brand highlighted the added value of being part of a collaborative, forward-looking ecosystem. Through the exchange of knowledge and experiences, as a result, we continue to promote excellence and innovation in Shared Service Centers.
